公園のレストラン

今日は屋久島お散歩ツアーズに、お友達とお客さんと参加してきたよ！
I took a tour to learn and eat wild herbs with my friend and a visitor :)
普段歩きなれている道、通り過ぎていたところが実は食材の宝庫！！！山菜取り名人がいろいろ教えてくれました！
I didn't expect there are tons of wild herbs around me!
The lady who knows wild herbs taught us a lot of things.

how ta make a 'plate' with wild herbs !

農薬も殺虫剤も使っていない場所で、すくすくと育った山菜たち。力強い。
Those wild herb grew without a pesticide an insecticide, they are so energetic.
山菜取りの注意点は、山菜の近くにはだいたいそれととてもよく似た植物がはえていてそれはたいがい毒がある。これは植物の戦略なのかな？
the lady said usually near a wild herb there is a weed which looks like the herb so be careful with it !
食材を仕入れて、近くの公園へ！
after we took some wild herbs and berries we went to a park to have picnic :)
名人が次々に料理をしてくれる。この日のために用意してくれていた山菜やたけのこ、木苺のゼリー。
The lady cooked the herb we got !

外でたべるとさらにおいしい：）おなかいっぱいにいただきました！

the meal was so delicious and we had too much :p

そして食べた後は遊ぶ！！！after the beautiful lunch.... we had some fun like a kid !
あ～たのしかった！What a great day today!
